I never got my verification code:
Check your junk or spam folders. Email providers (they are all different) may be blocking or junking the email we send you the code in. Even things like your choice of browser, browser version or cookie settings/firewalls, can influence what information you receive. The quick solution? Send us a polite note requestin a manual email validation.
I forgot my password:
Option 1: Try following through with the ‘forgot password’ prompts from the ‘log in’ pop up box. An email will be sent to you with directions. Make sure you add ‘email@example.com’ to your safe sender’s list to ensure we don’t end up in your junk folder.
Option 2: Shoot us a quick note (above) requesting a temporary password. You’ll need to include your birthdate that you used in your profile registry to pass our high security. We will reply as soon as we can with a temporary password for you to log in with. We recommend changing it back to something you’ll remember.
My email is invalid or already in use:
You’ve either already signed up, or typed an email incorrectly. It’s also possible that you are trying to log in IN the ‘sign up’ area. Please make sure you click on LOG IN to log in. Simple, we know, but hey, it happens.
If you’ve already signed up – you more than likely haven’t received the email from us to VALIDATE YOUR EMAIL because of your personal email provider’s filtering. Shoot us a note (above) to request a manual validation for you or check your junk box (and add us to safe senders). Please tell us the email you used to sign up and let us know your birth-date in the registry.
