First Brewfing now “Pankeggers”
You might remember last year Queen’s students were getting in trouble for Brewfing? It’s drinking on a roof.
This year Kingston Police are getting up early with officers on the ground starting at 7am because of “Pankeggers.”
Basically, students will have a pancake breakfast and then immediately starting drinking. And sometimes paint their entire bodies purple
Pancake Keggers aren’t a new thing, they’ve been around for years and have led to trouble in the past. This year they’re trendy again.
During homecoming weekend Oct. 13-15 police will be focusing on Johnson Street, Aberdeen Street, University Avenue, and the Princess & Division Street area with more than 70 officers Friday night and 160 on Saturday.
Stay safe everybody!
