That’s the advice from centenarian Eunice Modlin of Boonville, Indiana.
She just celebrated her 101st birthday and believes one of the things that’s kept her living longer is her daily habit of eating two dark chocolates.
I like Eunice’s second piece of advice almost as much as her first: take naps.
So, a couple pieces of chocolate and a nap? You can’t argue with that advice. It’s coming from an expert!
