The Tyrannosaurus Rex – a tough, gigantic meat eater with razor sharp teeth. Well, now some researched in Toronto is saying that it also had lips. So even though we’ve also known the T-Rex to be showing off it’s pearly whites – apparently that’s not how it was.
But it’s not just the T-Rex that’s sporting the luscious lips – The velociraptors and Albertosaurus are also pulling off the duckface.
The researcher says the popular depiction in movies such as the “Jurassic Park” franchise has annoyed him “for a very long time because there is no real biology behind it.” Aside from their lack of lips, theropods are shown in movies without feathers and “looking emaciated,” which he said is also incorrect.
I don’t know, I just can’t get my head around a T-Rex looking like this.
