For a few years now, companies like Google have been testing driverless cars. And, amazingly, it really looks like we’re close to these things becoming a reality out there. While this is exciting for many people – it’s also causing alarm with others who think people in these driverless cars will be having a lot more sex.
Government officials here in Canada are raising concerns about distracted driving because these cars don’t require much input from the driver. So as these smart cars get smarter, there’s no reason passengers can’t – and won’t – pass the time by bopping.
This, of course, could be a problem – especially if the computer gets in a jam and requires a human to take over. It’s hard to be an attentive driver if you’re doing the deed. Do you think this will become a problem – or at the very least – a more common occurrence?
